You can earn points every time you use your NAB Rewards Card on everyday purchases.1 And there’s no cap on how many points you can earn.

How to view and redeem your rewards points


1) Log into Internet Banking and go to Cards.

2) Select your NAB Rewards card and you’ll be able to see your points. If you have a NAB Rewards Business Card, select your card then select the link on the left to check your points balance or redeem.

3) Select ‘Redeem points’ and you’ll be taken to the NAB Rewards Store.

 

NAB Rewards Points Booster

Earn points on your every day transactions and there is no limit to the amount of points you can earn each month.

Earn double points

When you shop instore or online at major department stores, you’ll earn a boost of double points.3

Earn triple points

On purchases made online with Webjet via the NAB Rewards Store or on Webjet.com.au; when travelling overseas or on overseas purchases made here in Australia.3

How does points booster work?3

Double Points = Your card's standard point + 1 additional standard point (bonus points)
Use your card to shop in-store and online at your favourite major department stores and hardware stores. Choose from Myer, David Jones, Bunnings, Mitre 10 and many more.

 

Triple Points = Your card's standard point + 2 additional standard points (bonus points)

Overseas purchases

Purchases (in store and online) where the merchant, financial institution or entity processing the transaction is located outside Australia. International transaction fees continue to apply.

Points Plus Pay

Don’t have quite enough points for that trip or new phone? You can use Points Plus Pay to make purchases using a combination of points and any form of payment accepted by the Points Plus Pay provider. What’s more, if use your NAB Rewards Card to pay the remainder, you’ll earn NAB Rewards points on that portion of the payment.

The eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the group policy are set out in the NAB Card Insurance Policy Information Booklet dated 31 March 2021 (PDF, 506KB) which may be amended from time to time. For insurable events that occurred prior to 31 March 2021, the eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the group policy are set out in the NAB Card Insurance Policy Information Booklet dated 1 September 2019 (PDF, 440KB).

For cardholders of the NAB Low Fee Credit Card and the NAB VISA Debit Card (and certain other cards that are no longer for sale, as listed in the policy information booklet), there is one included insurance cover: purchase protection. The eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the group policy are set out in the NAB Purchase Protection Insurance Policy Information Booklet dated 31 March 2021 (PDF, 306KB) which may be amended from time to time. For insurable events that occurred prior to 31 March 2021, the eligibility criteria, terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the group policy are set out in the NAB Purchase Protection Insurance Policy Information Booklet dated 1 September 2019 (PDF, 279KB).

3Points Booster is subject to the NAB Rewards Terms and Conditions (PDF, 292KB). Only eligible transactions under those terms and conditions earn points and bonus points. Points are credited to your points balance after the eligible transaction is credited to your NAB Rewards credit card account: for standard points within 10 business days of processing and for bonus points within 3 business days of the standard points being processed.
