What’s your story?
Working in Customer Journey’s has unleashed my energy and enjoyment at work. Working with great people, friends and colleagues at NAB in a dynamic environment means it is easy to get excited about delivering impactful changes for our customers, bankers and shareholders. It’s the great people that make every day fun.
How have you made a difference?
By leading a great team who constantly speak and listen to customers, we identify more opportunities to put our customers in control and make their lives easier. Our customers continue to tell us they want credit cards to be easier, to save time and access information at their fingertips. Therefore, we continue to strive to deliver seamless processes, digital credit card features in the NAB App and reimagine innovative experiences to solve problems. Banking can be complicated so it’s important that we work to make it easier for our customers so they can focus on enjoying their lives.
What are you passionate about?
I love having fun with family and friends, enjoying great food, weekends at the farm and keeping fit and healthy. I’ve always loved playing sport including rowing, tennis, netball, golf, running and AFL. If I hadn’t been in banking I would have loved to play for the AFLW Demons!
