What’s your story?
I am Australian born Vietnamese. Being in a people management position for the last 5 years, I would like to believe that I am a people person as I love to interact with others. I have been at NAB for just under 12 years in various roles, from our contact centre starting to out in general servicing over the phone, I then moved into financial planning, then ended up in mortgage sales and business banking. Over my time in retail, I have worked across the Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
How have you made a difference?
Customer service is the core of our business. Over my time with NAB, I have assisted thousands of customers in purchasing the property that they have desired. Whether it be for their 1st home, building their dream home or expanding their investment portfolio. Working at NAB I truly believe that NAB has a strong stance on customer care. With a dedicated team on our frontline providing the very best help, guidance and advice to our supportive back office team, such as NABCare, this goes to show that we are there for our customers and we have their back no matter what the situation is. I have personally been involved in many community events that are sponsored by NAB, such as Auskick within the many local communities, Relay for Life and Jeans for Genes day just to name a few.
What are you passionate about?
I am a Bank Manager by day and an amateur power lifter by night. I love the sport of mixed martial arts and trained in Brazilian jiu jitsu, muay thai and kung fu in the past. I am now starting to get into boxing and looking to pick up some classes in the near future.
