What’s your story?
I started at NAB in 2012 in the Customer Contact Centre before moving over to Asset Servicing Operations in 2013. Working in Registry, first within the processing team and then with Registry Client Services, I have obtained skills and knowledge to me help service our customers better.
How have you made a difference?
NAB is currently in the process of transitioning the registry team to a third party vendor. Using my skills and expertise I have managed all post transition care for clients, focusing on issue management to ensure there is no drop-off in service so our customers are receiving a better product and a better experience. Working with internal parties, I also helped define processes and guidelines for the new environment and provided guidance on operating rhythms to ensure continued success.
What are you passionate about?
My passions include sport, as a player, spectator and fantasy buff. If it’s recognised as a sport I will follow it. My other passion is travelling. I love to travel and see many new places; I recently returned from a trip to Europe which was an amazing adventure and experience.
