We have support available to customers who have been impacted by a natural disaster. You can call us to discuss a range of financial relief measures, including:
- Loan deferral or reduced repayment arrangements for home, personal and some business loans.
- Deferring upcoming credit card and business credit card payments.
- Waiving or refunding fees and charges, including but not limited to merchant terminal fees and early access fees for term deposits.
Call NAB on 1300 308 132 Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm (AEST/AEDT), Saturday, 9:00am to 1:00pm (AEST/AEDT). If you're a business customer, call us on 1300 769 650 Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (AEST/ADST).
Other ways we can help you
- If you have a NAB insurance policy for your property, contents or vehicle call the Allianz Claims team on 1300 555 013 to lodge a claim. Alternatively, you can lodge a claim yourself online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via Allianz Claim form.
- Check your insurance cover. For help protecting your home, investment property, contents, car, caravan or trailer see our insurance policies or call Allianz on 13 29 28.
- If you’re a NAB EFTPOS and HICAPS merchant affected by natural disasters or hardship, we can provide financial relief by:
- waiving three months of terminal rental fees for HICAPS and EFTPOS terminals
- providing a free terminal replacement for terminals damaged in natural disasters
- waiving three months of eCommerce monthly fees if you’re experiencing hardship.

- Depending on your current financial circumstances, you may be eligible for a small loan from Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand. Good Shepherd is a not-for-profit lender supported by NAB to provide no-interest loans to individuals across Australia for essential goods or services.
