To understand how an Administrator can reset a General User’s password via self-service, if the General User is unable to reset their own password.

Resetting a password

Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator to get started. 

  1. From the 'Admin' menu select 'Users and permissions'.
  2. Select the checkbox for the User.
  3. Select the 'Reset Password' button.
  4. Select 'Reset Password' to confirm.

The General User will receive an email with their temporary password and instructions for creating a new password.
