To understand how an Administrator can reset a General User’s password via self-service, if the General User is unable to reset their own password.
Resetting a password
Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator to get started.
- From the 'Admin' menu select 'Users and permissions'.
- Select the checkbox for the User.
- Select the 'Reset Password' button.
- Select 'Reset Password' to confirm.
The General User will receive an email with their temporary password and instructions for creating a new password.
