NAB Connect

Follow updating your statement notification settings to ensure you have the correct settings enabled. Please note – you need to have your statement notifications enabled to stop receiving paper statements.

Personal accounts

Statement preferences for your personal accounts can be updated through NAB Internet Banking or the NAB app.

Changes to statement cycles

To update your statement cycle on a business account, speak with your NAB business banking representative.
