Set up your account

You’ll receive a Cybersource Business Centre Welcome email from donotreply@support.cybersource.com. This email will include your Organisation ID and an account activation link. 

  1. Once you have received the User Creation email, click on the link provided and a ‘New User Sign Up’ page will open.  
    Please note: This link is valid for 24 hours from the time you receive the email. 
  2. Enter your Organisation ID and contact email, then select Submit. Your Organisation ID is in the User Creation email. 
  3. Enter your first name and last name and create a username. Then select Next
  4. Follow the prompts to create your new password, then select Change password
  5. Once you see a message saying your NAB Gateway account has been successfully created, select Go to login screen
  6. Enter your Organisation ID, username and password to login to NAB Gateway.

First time logging in

If you’re a first-time user of the NAB Gateway, complete steps 1 to 6 then enter a one-time passcode which will be contained in an email from donotreply@support.cybersource.com. Enter your one-time passcode, then select Confirm passcode to login to NAB Gateway.

Please check your spam folder for the one-time passcode email. 

Expired link

If your account activation has expired, you will need to regenerate a new User Creation email with a new activation link. To regenerate your User Creation email, contact your organisation admin to request a new User Creation email.
