Closure of Diners Club Australia

Diners Club Australia ceased operations on 20 October 2024. All Personal, Corporate, Government and Merchant accounts have been closed.

To request and receive information on your closed Diners Club account including statements, transaction enquiries, chargebacks, or disputes, please email the service team at dinersclub@nab.com.au with your account information and request.

We do not have a specific phone number available for direct customer support.

Keeping you safe

At times, our Diners Club historical servicing team may need to get in touch with you about your closed Diners Club account or facility, so it’s important to know what we will and won’t ask.

We’ll never ask you to:

  • provide your one-time code for authorising transactions 
  • transfer money to another account to keep it safe (it’s safe where it is) 
  • give us remote access to your devices 

We may ask you to: 

  • provide your full legal name 
  • explain or confirm the details of your closed account or facility
  • provide personal information attached to your closed account or facility

Depending on the nature of your service request, it may take more than 7 business days to respond to your email.
