Learn how to check if a payment has been processed successfully by viewing your past payments. Select the device you use to bank online and follow the instructions to track your past payments.

Log into the NAB app on your device.

Tap More in the bottom menu.

Tap My payments.

Tap Past at the top of the screen.

You’ll see a list of past payments. Tap a transaction for more information.

Complete
You’ll see the amount, date, where the payment was sent to and from, and service details.
Android

Tap the Menu icon in the top left-hand corner.

Tap My payments.

Tap Past at the top of the screen.

You’ll see a list of past payments. Tap a payment for more information.

You’ll see the amount, date, where the payment was sent to and from, and service details.
Desktop

Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password. Select Login

Select Transfer & Pay from the top menu

Select ‘Payment list’ in the drop-down menu

Select All payment types and use the drop-down to find different types of payments.

Select All accounts to find payments made by different accounts.

Select Show filter.

Select Past payments to show past payments from selected accounts.

You can filter payments by amount, period, payee and payment status.

Once you’ve selected all relevant filters, select Display.

To view further details, select the date of a chosen payment in the Payment date column.

You’ll see further payment details, including bank acknowledgement details and transfer details.

Select Return to list to return to the payments list.
