Convenient access to account information

NAB Online Statements give you fast and convenient access to your accounts wherever you are - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also access up to seven years of account statements for free.

You can access NAB Online Statements if you're registered for NAB Internet Banking, have an eligible account and are an account holder.

Download a recent transaction statement

You can download a statement of your transactions from up to 120 days ago using online banking. Follow our simple guide to learn how to download a recent transaction statement in internet banking or the NAB app.

Manage your statement settings

1. Log into NAB Internet Banking with your NAB Identification number (ID) and NAB Internet Banking password.

2. Open the Profile & Settings Menu and select Statement settings.

3. From here, you can: 

  • Indicate the accounts you want to receive online statements for.
  • Indicate the email address you want to receive statement notifications on.
  • Important: Keep your email address up to date, so we can let you know when your online statements are available.
  • View the Privacy Policy.

4. Click Update. The Statements settings screen displays a confirmation of your changes.

Helpful hint: You can easily print your statements or save them to your computer if you'd like to. They'll also be available 24/7 on NAB Internet Banking, where you can find up to seven years of statements.

Turn on online statements

By switching to online statements you can reduce paper waste and easily view your bank statements anytime. Follow our simple step-by-step guide to turn on online statements in internet banking or the NAB app.

If you have a joint account, both account holders will need to follow the steps.

How to deactivate statements

1. Login to NAB Internet Banking with your NAB Identification number (ID) and NAB Internet Banking password.

2. Open the Profile & Settings Menu and select Statement settings.

3. Select Online Only or Paper & Online for each account.

4. Click Update. The Statements settings screen displays a confirmation of your changes.

Closing account final statement

You'll receive a final paper statement in the mail when closing an account.

If you registered to receive online statements before closing your account, your NAB Online Statements will still be available in NAB Internet Banking after the account's closed.
