By actively raising awareness and providing critical support where we can, we hope to end family and domestic violence - and help its victims move forward.

For too long, domestic and family violence has been a silent issue. We’re committed to playing an active role in raising awareness and providing critical support to see the end of domestic and family violence in the community.

Some of the key focuses we have in place include:

  • Helping our employees stay safe and offering our people leave under our Domestic & Family Violence Policy
  • The first Australian bank to offer Domestic and Family Violence Assistance Grants for customers leaving a violent relationship
  • Working with community partners that specialise in the field and finding new ways to educate our people, customers and the community in the warning signs and support available.
