What’s your story?
I’ve had two stints at NAB and have been here for a combined total of 36 years. When I ask for regular feedback, one word is key – passionate. I am passionate about providing first class service for our customers by supporting our Bankers to deliver a great customer experience. Up until a few months ago this meant empowering our Business Bankers to better understand their customers. Now it is about motivating my team to always put the customer first by providing critical back office support for business lending.
How have you made a difference?
I constantly challenge the status quo – just because that’s we way we do it, doesn’t mean it’s the right way. I love being involved in change and I’m a keen advocate of moving forward for the better. I implemented improvements in the way we support our Bankers to better understand their customers.
What are you passionate about?
I have had the very great honour to undertake a six week skilled volunteering secondment in The Kimberley, an experience that I constantly draw on in my everyday life. Recently I have formed a friendship with the War Widows Guild of Australia and love hearing the stories of success. These experiences constantly uplift me both personally and professionally to be a better me. My family is paramount and will always be. Without them I would not be where I am today.
