What’s your story?
I began my journey working at NAB eight years ago in the contact centre, which included assisting our customers with their Internet Banking, right through to helping customers purchase their first home. I’ve gained heaps of experience since starting at the bank in various roles. I am currently working in Experience Design where I work on discovering new, innovative and exciting ways our customers can interact with us.
How have you made a difference?
It’s rewarding to be in a role where I can share the customer stories and pain points I have experienced first-hand in my previous roles so they can assist NAB to make the right strategic decisions for our customers. There was a time where I noticed that there were inconsistencies across our banking channels. I found a need to implement a process which enabled staff in our branches to solve customer complaints on the spot, saving time and allowing our customers to get back to what matters to them by resolving their issues efficiently and effectively!
What are you passionate about?
I love that all of the knowledge and experience I’ve gained through customer facing roles has enabled me to give back to our customers. I’m passionate about listening to people, hearing what they want and delivering solutions that put the customer at the heart of our decision making.
