What’s your story?

I started with NAB as a Customer Advisor in a small town in Central Queensland. NAB was the only branch in town and right then I knew how much NAB cared about servicing all customers across the country. After a move to Brisbane I re-joined NAB and began my journey with Fulfilment in the Post Approval Settlements/Drawdowns Team. The last two and a half years in this role has allowed me to support so many more customers.

How has NAB made a difference?

I focus on the detail in my daily role to ensure I get it right for our customers the first time and always try to make their experience as seamless as possible. I’m also proud of the resources and tools I have developed to enable my colleagues to get things right for their customers. As part of my role on the Net Promoter Score committee I have been able to facilitate and implement better processes that have improved customer satisfaction.

What are you passionate about?

I love spending time with my family and friends. I love everything about entertaining – the cooking, the decorating and the planning. I collect cook books and love to read – particularly autobiographies; it’s so inspiring to read other peoples’ stories.
