  • NAB Climate Bonds and NAB SDG Green Bonds which have financed (or refinanced) portfolios of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure across Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Americas
  • NAB Social Bond was Australia’s first social bond and the first globally to help address gender equality in the workplace1
  • Australia’s first green residential mortgage backed security4 (RMBS) with proceeds allocated to mortgages on qualifying Australian low carbon residential properties.

3Attributable financed emissions are not included in the Group’s carbon neutral position. Attributable financed emissions includes Scope 3 emissions as defined by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Our carbon neutral status is based on us having offset Scope 1 and 2 emissions, which directly relate to our own operational footprint. We are continuing to work towards emission reductions across our operations and beyond.
