INNOVATIVE SUSTAINABLE FINANCING SOLUTIONS

We’re Australia’s leading arranger of green, social and sustainability bonds1 and a leading provider of sustainability linked loans. We develop innovative solutions to address environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues that matter to you, your customers, investors and community.

We do this by working across sustainable capital markets and collaborating with clients and market participants to deliver market-leading solutions for domestic and offshore markets, including:

  • NAB Climate Bonds and NAB SDG Green Bonds which have financed (or refinanced) portfolios of renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure across Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and the Americas
  • NAB Social Bond was Australia’s first social bond and the first globally to help address gender equality in the workplace1
  • Australia’s first green residential mortgage backed security4 (RMBS) with proceeds allocated to mortgages on qualifying Australian low carbon residential properties.

AUSTRALIA’S FIRST SUSTAINABILITY BOND
