Use internet banking
Once your personal loan application has been unconditionally approved, you’ll receive an email or SMS letting you know your documents are ready to be accepted.
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to register for internet banking to sign your documents online.

Step 1
Enter your 8 to 10-digit user ID and password. Select Login.

Select the ‘Products’ menu.

Select Applications from the drop-down menu.

Click on your application.

Select the Loan documents option.

Read through the electronic document consent instructions and information. Select I accept.

Open and read each document under ‘Step 1. Read these documents’. Tick each box underneath the documents.

Step 8
Open and read each document under ‘Step 2. Read and accept these documents’. Tick each box underneath the documents and select Sign document to sign.

When both documents are signed, click the Continue button.

Complete
You’ll be redirected back to your application. ‘Loan documents’ will now show as Processing.
