When it comes to your application and our selection process, we want you to be at your best and we want to get to know the real you. The process can be daunting, but we've put together some information so that you know what to expect from us and what we'll expect from you.
For most people, the application and hiring process that you'll experience when you apply to us will follow seven steps:

- Phone interview
- Formal interview
- Assessment
- Work reference checks
- Probity checking
- Offer.
Generally, the number of stages will be dependent upon the nature of the position. During the process we'll aim to keep you up to date on how your application is progressing.
