Steps for switching a User to a Mobile token

Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator to get started.

  1. From the Admin menu, select 'Users and Permissions'.
  2. Select the checkbox for the User you would like to switch to a mobile token.
  3. Select 'Request Mobile token'.
  4. Confirm that all the details on the screen are correct and select ‘Request’.

You will receive an Activation email and SMS with instructions for setting up the new Mobile token.
