Steps for switching a User to a Mobile token
Make sure you’re logged into NAB Connect as an Administrator to get started.
- From the Admin menu, select 'Users and Permissions'.
- Select the checkbox for the User you would like to switch to a mobile token.
- Select 'Request Mobile token'.
- Confirm that all the details on the screen are correct and select ‘Request’.
You will receive an Activation email and SMS with instructions for setting up the new Mobile token.
