Help and administration


We’ve made NAB Connect easy to use. Once your application has been processed, you’ll receive a welcome containing all the information you’ll need to access NAB Connect.

  • Attend a training session conveniently, whether you are at home or at the office. We regularly run NAB Connect training sessions via webinars. In the training we demonstrate the main functions of NAB Connect and also provide you with the opportunity to ask questions.

    Click on hyperlink, select the "Training Centre" tab, then simply search for "NAB Connect Training" and register for a session.

  • You can update your contact details via NAB Connect under my setting.

    Security Officers can also change your preferred account names. Please refer to the Admin tab, in NAB Connect Help where you can download a quick reference guide on how to do this.

    For all other changes, you’ll need to download the relevant amendment form. You can find these in the Forms and Information tab, in NAB Connect Help.

    When you contact us, you’ll be asked a few questions so we can properly identify you and ensure your financial information is protected.
