If you’re happy to receive your bank statements online, make sure your email address is up to date in Internet Banking or the NAB App. Otherwise, there’s nothing else you need to do. From your next statement date, we’ll email you to let you know when your statements are available in the NAB App and NAB Internet Banking.

Yes, you can easily print your statements or save them to your computer. Your statements are available 24/7 on NAB Internet Banking, and you can access up to 7 years of statements.

You can change your statement preferences via Internet Banking and/or the NAB App.
- Login to NAB Internet Banking or the NAB App.
- Select 'Profile & Settings' then 'Statement' settings.
- For each card/account select 'Paper & Online'.
- Enter your email address and select 'Update'.

We’ll email you as soon as your account statement is available in your NAB Internet Banking or NAB App. We’ll use your email address in your NAB Internet Banking account, under ‘My Details’.
It’s important you check your email address is correct. Visit Update your Details to get help with this.

You will continue to receive paper copies on behalf of the named account holder. The account holder will switch to online statements unless they inform us otherwise. If the account holder prefers to receive a paper statement, they will need to let us know by filling out this form. As a third party, you will continue to receive a paper copy of the account holder’s statements, as we are not able to provide online statements to third parties.

No. Only one account holder needs to complete the form and you will continue to receive your joint statement by paper. If one account holder would like to receive the statement online, and the other by paper, please visit online statements.NAB will continue to send joint paper statements to the registered address until both account holders have online statement preferences. If you don’t want to receive the joint paper statement addressed to both account holders, contact NAB.
