Benefits of changing to online statements

We’re making things simple and digital by streamlining how you access your account information.

Peace of mind

Getting statements online means not having to worry about slow delivery of mail or mail getting lost or stolen.

Access

Banking online means access to up to seven years’ worth of statements 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Environment

Less paper and waste means less impact on the environment.

Receiving online statements

If you’re happy to receive your bank statements via email, make sure your email address is up to date. You can update your contact details easily online. There’s nothing else you need to do. We’ll email you when your next statement is available.

Joint account statements

We’ll email the account holder registered in NAB Internet Banking when your statement is available online, so it’s important that your email address is up to date. We recommend all joint account holders register for online statements.

To ensure you continue to access your joint account statements, either by post or online, please notify us if your address details change, as we’ll need to update your statement address details.

If you have a joint account, only one of the joint account holders needs to fill out the form to keep receiving paper statements.

We’ll continue to send joint paper statements to your registered address until both account holders have chosen to receive online statements. If you don’t want to receive joint paper statements addressed to both account holders, contact us.

*If you are not able to access statements for the last 7 years from Internet Banking please contact us for assistance.

Receiving statements on behalf of an account holder

If you currently receive paper statements on behalf of an account holder, we’ll continue to send you paper statements. We’re not able to provide online statements to third parties.

Keeping you safe online

Ensuring you can safely access and use your money online is very important to us. That’s why we have measures in place to protect your accounts. These include monitoring high-risk transactions and investigating any suspected fraudulent activities.
