HOW TO SWITCH TO ONLINE STATEMENTS

  • Step 1 Select Activate Now and login to NAB Internet Banking
  • Step 2 Select Profile & Settings then Statement settings
  • Step 3 For each card/account select Online Only
  • Step 4 Enter your email address and select Update

Or make the switch via the NAB app

  • Step 1 Login to the NAB app and select More for iPhone, or the Menu in the top left for Android
  • Step 2 Go to Settings on the menu
  • Step 3 Select Statements
  • Step 4 Select all or the account you want online statements for, and click Update

Note: For joint accounts, each account holder needs to repeat the steps above.

After downloading the app, tap Login on the home screen, then Register.

LETTERS IN NAB INTERNET BANKING

We want to make it easier for you to keep track of the information we need to send you from time to time. So some of the letters relating to your account/s will start to be delivered to you in NAB Internet Banking, instead of in the post.

Where will I be able to view my letters?

Just log in to NAB Internet Banking and make your way to the Letters screen:

  1. Profile & Settings > Letters. From here, you’ll be able to save or print your letters.

How will I know when I’ve been sent a new letter?

We’ll send you an email notification to let you know.

Note: If multiple letters are issued on the same day, we’ll send you only one email notification to ensure we don’t overload your mailbox.

Which email address will be used for letter notifications?

We’ll use the one captured in the My details section of NAB Internet Banking, so it’s important you ensure it is current.

  1. Profile & Settings > My details

What if I want to keep receiving my letters in the post?

If you’d like us to post your letters to you, simply log in to NAB Internet Banking and follow these steps:

  1. Go to the My details screen
  2. Select the Contact Details section
  3. Click on the Edit link, then un-tick the Send me electronic communications about my products and services box.

Note: In addition to being posted to you, an electronic copy will still be available for you to view in your NAB Internet Banking mailbox.
