Are you eligible?

I am 18 years or older.

I'm applying on my own.
Joint applicants can apply in person at your nearest branch or by calling 13 13 12.

I’m an Australian or New Zealand citizen, an Australian Permanent Resident or a non-resident holding an acceptable Temporary Residency Visa.
The following Visa categories are NOT acceptable: Visitor Visa (exception, a Special Category Visa - NZ Citizen is acceptable), Working Holiday, Student, Exchange/gap year, Transit/short stay/seasonal, and Bridging.

I receive a regular income.

What will you need?

Your NAB ID which is located on the back of your NAB card.
If you’re a new customer and don’t have a NAB ID you can still apply, but you may be required to visit a branch to verify your identity.

Driver’s licence number (if you have one) and personal details.

Employment details for the past three years.

Your financial information, including income, expenses, assets and debts.
There’s no need to upload any documents in the application form, but we may ask you for them later in the process.
