Uniting is a community service organisation that works alongside people, families and communities. Together they assist in areas such as disability, employment, housing, early learning, family support and mental health.

Uniting works in partnership with other community agencies, the Government, utility and financial services like NAB. Together they help people recognise and address issues before they become too much.

NAB Assist, our financial hardship team, works with Uniting to help customers address problems through a program called “CareRing”. This program provides family support, counselling, housing support, employment services and more. They focus on social issues while NAB Assist looks at financial aspects like loan trouble or repayments and creates plans tailored to individual situations.

We have a role to play in helping everyone build financial resilience for life’s tricky curveballs and getting people back on their feet.
