What’s your story?
After working in hospitality for close to 10 years, I decided that it was time for a change. Customers, customers and more customers is what I’m all about, which is what led me to this role at NAB. I’ve been at NAB now for over 3 and half years where I’ve had the pleasure of working with some great people and have had some amazing opportunities.
How have you made a difference?
My experience from working in hospitality for such a long time really taught me the importance of building relationships with your customers - his ties in perfectly with what NAB stands for. I always ensure I’m doing the right thing, follow through and come up with the best possible solution for our customers in every interaction I have. I also place a lot of importance in nurturing relationships with the people I work with, and do whatever I can to make the workplace an enjoyable place to be.
What are you passionate about?
Outside of work and helping our customers, I love to read, visit my family who live overseas and spend plenty of time spoiling my dog Ruby (who I treat as if she was my first child).
