What’s your story?
I have over 17 years of international banking experience. This time included working on the Y2K projects in Malaysia, a six-month IT transition program in Hong Kong and as a loans system trainer in China. I joined NAB in 2012 as a Payments Production Support, and have gone on to have many different roles.
How have you made a difference?
Joining the customer journeys program is one of my career highlights at NAB! This exciting adventure started in 2015 when I worked as a Tech Lead resolving problem records. Moving to the Delivery team gave me the opportunity to expand my knowledge as well as to help to encourage team members to work more efficiently and have some fun in the office. I feel fortunate that I have great people leaders who back me and the broader team and have who supported me throughout the journey. I look forward to more exciting changes soon!
What are you passionate about?
I thoroughly enjoy giving back to society and have done so by being a consistent volunteer at the Royal Melbourne Show since 2013 and by being a plasma donor. Coffee and dessert are also loves of mine, and Japan is a huge interest of my life.
