What’s your story?
In May 2016 I started my journey as a NAB employee in Wealth Direct Service. Over the past 20 months, I have had learnt a lot about courage, respect and leadership. I have been pushed far out of my comfort zone to allow me to grow, not only as an employee of NAB, but as a person.
How have you made a difference?
I was given the opportunity by the leadership team in Wealth Direct Services to deliver the Live Chat project. I took ownership of much of the data reporting during the initial months of the new service channel. I also volunteered key insights and commentary during the pilot stage to help manage the channel effectively. I also created a new Superannuation quality framework for the chat interactions, which was presented to the leadership team.
What are you passionate about?
I have a passion for leadership after all the opportunities that have been provided to me at NAB. I have been lucky enough to have a leadership opportunity within Wealth Direct Services. I am constantly growing as a leader and still have a lot to learn, but I have a great team that support me to strive for success.
