What’s your story?
I’m a people person, super clean and organised (maybe a little OCD! Just a little!)
I’ve studied Banking & Finance at university, and have trained in Real Estate and Mortgage Brokering. I came to be at NAB after hearing about an opportunity while out to dinner with a friend who worked there.
How have you made a difference?
In 2012 I met with a customer who wanted to apply for a personal loan for debt consolidation. During the interview I found that he had over $200k in debt due to a gambling issue, so I called upon the assistance of a NAB financial planner who met with the customer in a joint appointment. At that time the customer broke the news to his wife who was devastated as they had paid off their home loan and presumably all debts many years ago.
We were able to help him by offering a solution that allowed him to repay his outstanding loan over 5 years. Although the approval process was rigorous, both the customer and his wife were so overwhelmed when we signed the contracts and wrote the final bank cheque out for the last credit card they cried and hugged me.
What are you passionate about?
By day I’m a retail banker and leader, but by night I’m a Dad to a new born French Bulldog (14 weeks) “Hugo“. I’m also a connoisseur of fine wine and dining and of course being social with my family & friends.
