What’s your story?
I joined the NAB Complaint Resolution team in 2011 in the role of an administrator. I have had the opportunity over the past few years to resolve our customers’ disputes about products and services.
How have you made a difference?
I have the privilege of helping our customers through the complaint process to ensure that we do the right thing by them and that they receive a fair outcome. I found that by engaging with our customers and putting them in heart of everything we do, I was able to expedite the resolution of their dispute while simplifying complex financial matters. I was also fortunate to have the opportunity to pass over our customers’ invaluable insights and feedback to the business.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about conflict resolution and helping colleagues or friends to realise their potential and succeed in what they love doing. I believe that everyone should have a go at pursuing their dream and passion without the fear of failing because life is too short to wake up with regrets.
