What’s your story?
I joined NAB four years ago, after nearly five years in smaller technology oriented companies. As a bright eyed and bushy tailed Business Analyst, I was going to change the world of banking, or so I thought. Upon joining, I was struck by the sheer buzz at NAB – from the technology releases to the fact that I was just one in many tens of thousands working at NAB. And so my journey began.
How have you made a difference?
As the Platform Owner of the Digital API/SE Platform, I get the opportunity to be part of a huge range of our digital initiatives interacting with our customers, employees and business partners. I was part of the delivery of our new Mobile App, enabling Push Notifications and lastly building integral tools for our Bankers.
What are you passionate about?
I’m a geek by nature so anything technology related makes me smile, from Star Wars to new home automation. I love seeing the responses and feedback from our customers as we make their experience banking with us even more awesome.
