Meet Jaslyn

Name: Jaslyn Seah

Your role: Team Member, International Payments Operations

Region: Melbourne, Victoria

What’s your story?

I was born and raised in Singapore and my family and I decided to move to Melbourne to further my studies. I majored in Accounting and Finance at University and always planned to join the audit line. Joining the International Operations team at NAB has given me an entirely new perspective into International Banking.

How have you made a difference?

One of the most satisfying parts of my job is getting the chance to be a small part of our customers' business operations. Being able to support them as best we can and knowing that they are satisfied with the outcome of our work is very rewarding. Their simple "thank you" and cheerful voice at the end of each service makes my day.

Through my almost three years at NAB, I've been given many opportunities to work alongside very knowledgeable and experienced co-workers. The skills I've learned from them cannot be picked up from a textbook and I am very honoured to be able to work together with them.

What are you passionate about?

I’m very passionate about traveling. My parents and I make the point to travel at least once a year to discover a new destination together and I treasure this time with them. I also love to cook and watch cooking channels. Watching people introduce various dishes from their culture is so interesting and enlightening!
