What’s your story?
I joined NAB two years ago and now work in the Small Business and Business Direct team where I look after Customer Advocacy. My job is all about listening to our customers and aligning what we do with their needs and expectations so we can empower them to build their businesses.
How have you made a difference?
Banking can have a really big impact on the life of a small business owner. I see a lot of customer feedback every day and I am often humbled by the significant impact we can have on someone’s day. The small things we do well or poorly can have a significant impact on our customers as they work towards their business or life goals. Every day I think about how we can make things better for our customers and create better solutions.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about the brave, hard-working and visionary people who own small businesses and about playing my part in helping them to thrive. I am a passionate person by nature - I invest in living a meaningful life and in the lives of those in my circle of influence. I also love books!
