Micah is passionate about acting fast on required changes.
Name: Nadali Dayananda
Your role: Business Banking Manager
Region: Melbourne, Victoria
What’s your story?
In 2001 I moved from New Zealand to Australian and have called Melbourne home ever since. My background is Sri Lankan and growing up I was the middle child between two brothers. I started at NAB while I was still studying at university in 2013. My role was in our call centre in King Street and it was one of the best jobs I have ever had. I learned so much, developed my love for NAB and knew I wanted to pursue a career in front line banking. Fast forward to 2018 and I can’t believe I am now a Business Banking Manager, fulfilling my dream of being one since I started!
How have you made a difference?
I hope I have made a difference to my customers by treating them the way I value customer relationships. Exceptional service and a deep understanding of who they are behind their business is at the centre of how I operate. I believe this is what builds trust and leads to honest conversations that really make a difference in the customer’s lives.
What are you passionate about?
Passion for me outside of work revolves around four things: dancing in any shape or form, food, (whether it be eating or cooking!) the Carlton Football Club (we may have fallen a bit short this year, but I still back and hope to see them rise to the occasion in the coming years) and finally the friends and family who give me life every day.
