What’s your story?
I’ve been working at NAB since I came to Australia about 14 years ago. I am a people person and love making things better for our customers. I have had the privilege of serving our customers in frontline roles and more recently, helping to improve how we deliver our digital services.
How has NAB made a difference?
I endeavour to make banking simple for our customers by providing relevant information that makes banking easy. I advocate for keeping our customers at the centre of everything we do.
For the past few years I have been working with the transformation team and I have had the opportunity to contribute to larger changes including the simplifying processes and delivering better banking services. I’m energised by my passionate focus on our customers.
What are you passionate about?
I firmly believe that each one of us has the opportunity to influence the change we want to see in the world by being true to our values – for me that’s being authentic, respectful, inclusive and compassionate and every little bit makes a difference!
