What’s your story?

I started at NAB back in 2011 after I’d just graduated from university. Throughout my time at the bank I’ve had the privledge of working across numerous departments as well as working with great people who are passionate about our customers. In fact, some of these colleagues have become great friends of mine over the years.

My first job at NAB was in the customer contact centre, in the personal servicing team. This role showed me just how passionate NAB is about our customers and how our people always make an effort to go above and beyond to ensure our customers are statisfied.

As I progressed my career at NAB I moved into the business servicing space before becoming a Business Banker. I spent four years in this position and felt an enormous sense pride each time we were able to help a customer to grow their business or help them to move into their first home.

I’m currently working as a capability coach in Small Business. I want to share my knowledge and wisdom with other bankers within NAB to see them grow so that they too can deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.

How have you made a difference?

With every customer interaction I have, I want to ensure I’m providing the best possible service and the right outcome for our customers. Finances are a big part of our customers’ lives, so it’s important that we give our full attention when dealing with their loan applications, or even simple banking enquiries, so that we can provide them with a great experience. I’ve work hard over the last eight years to delevop these skills to ensure every interaction that I have is a seamless experience for our customers.

What are you passionate about?

I’m passionate about my family and friends. They’re my backbone and constantly motivate me to strive for excellence. I’m also extremely passionate about sports – footy and basketball are my two favourite sports. I’m an avid Richmond supporter, so 2017 was a brilliant year for me!

As for work, we ultimately push ourselves for our customers, putting them at the centre of everything we do – this makes me extremely proud to work for the NAB.
