What’s your story?
I am married, have a nine year old son and I love helping people at every chance I get. Before joining NAB, I worked as a Sheriff Officer for the Department Of Justice. I applied for an opportunity at NAB after being told by a close family friend that it is a great organisation to work for. I’ve been at NAB since October 2016 and now work in the Oakleigh branch. I’m grateful to my friend for recommending NAB as an employer.
How have you made a difference?
NAB is an organisation that encourages its employees, provides them with support and plenty of opportunities to increase their skills.
I love talking to customers, helping them and fulfilling their needs. I have received the training needed by a wonderful leadership team who back me 100% and are always there if I have any questions or issues. My customers leave the branch knowing that I have tried my best to resolve any issues and to make it an easy and stress-free experience. I am proud that I have large group of customers who advocate for me and the experience they have at NAB. They're happy to wait to see me because they know that I will do whatever it takes to make sure they have a positive experience. It is the strong customer relationships that make my job so enjoyable.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about my role at NAB and always strive to do my best. I’m undergoing training to become a Business Advisor and I’m excited about what the future holds for me at NAB.
I am a banker by day and DJ by night. I love putting a smile on people’s faces; there is no greater joy than making people laugh and smile. My family is incredibly important to me and I love spending time with just the three of us.
