What’s your story?
I have been working for NAB since I came to Australia. All my roles since I started as a teller at NAB have been customer interacting roles. I feel proud to be a face of NAB and never take that responsibility lightly. As a banker, I’ve built great customer relationships and learnt from the experiences and challenges that have come my way. I feel all my learnings and experiences have helped me in my current role as a credit coach and I must admit, I am blessed to have great managers who always value me and my work.
How have you made a difference?
I always give 100% in what I do and every interaction I had with clients, in my previous roles were heartfelt. This continues now with our staff in mortgage services. I have helped customers secure their financial dreams and in return earned their trust for me and the bank. In my current role as a credit coach, I help our bankers achieve their goals and I get excited seeing them grow and making credit decisions on behalf of the bank. The trust they have in me when seeking my advice is my biggest reward.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about people. I enjoy being around them, drawing and learning from their experiences. I am thankful for having a wonderful family and a great workplace that I enjoy going to every day.
