What’s your story?
Originally from a small town in New Zealand, I moved here four years ago to look for something bigger and better. NAB was my first ever call centre role. I’ve always enjoyed customer service roles and in general, helping people – whether it be friends, family or customers.
How has NAB made a difference?
As a leader in our business and the “mum” of the group outside of work I try to make a difference in a lot of people’s lives. I’ve worked closely with people to develop their current skills and teach them new ones, helped people realise their potential and secure new roles within NAB. I’ve listened and provided advice on tricky situations whether that is professional or personal.
What are you passionate about?
My main passion is music and I honestly couldn’t live without it. I’ve never played any instruments besides the recorder at school but I’ve owned a record player since I was about 15. A lot of my money goes towards concerts, festivals, local gigs and tickets for my friends so they can come along and enjoy it as much as I do!
