For a company, you must nominate a Buyer Delegate to represent the company and receive all communications in relation to the NAB Escrow Service.
For a partnership, please complete the NAB Escrow Service Master Authority Form for partnerships (PDF, 434KB) which authorises each partner to enter into the NAB Escrow Service as a Buyer representing the partnership, before initial application for the NAB Escrow Service.
