Fast end of month reconciliations

Automate your expense management and reduce manual entry errors by exporting business credit card transaction data into your eligible accounting software package.

Keep your receipts in one place

No need to keep physical receipts because you and other cardholders can take photos of them within the app when a purchase has been made. Receipts will all be stored for 7 years within NAB Expense Control.

Virtual Card Account Activation Fee $7.65 including GST per month and one card fee.
There are no additional fees for issuing individual virtual cards from within NAB Expense Control. You can issue an unlimited number of virtual cards to your employees with existing credit cards, within your approved credit limit.
