What is NAB Expense Control?
NAB Expense Control is an app that will give you greater control over business card expenses. You can use it to issue virtual business credit cards to staff, track and manage employee card spending, categorise expenses, speed up end of month reconciliation and more.

Set card controls to further limit employee spending on business cards over a set period. Use the dashboard to track expenses and get real-time notifications when cards are used.
Issue virtual cards to staff
Easily set up virtual cards for employees and avoid the hassle of reimbursing expenses, while removing the risk of staff sharing physical cards. Virtual cards can be used for online purchases, including subscriptions and professional memberships.
Fast end of month reconciliations
Automate your expense management and reduce manual entry errors by exporting business credit card transaction data into your eligible accounting software package.
Keep your receipts in one place
No need to keep physical receipts because you and other cardholders can take photos of them within the app as soon as a purchase has been made. Receipts will all be stored for 7 years within NAB Expense Control.
No NAB Expense Control user fees until the 1 January 2022.

Which NAB commercial cards are supported?
NAB Expense Control has been specifically designed for NAB business credit cards. However, it also supports NAB purchasing and corporate cards.
Earn reward points on virtual cards
You can earn reward points on all purchases made using both physical cards and any virtual cards you issue to employees.

There are no additional fees for issuing individual virtual cards from within NAB Expense Control. You can issue an unlimited number of virtual cards to your employees with existing credit cards, within your approved credit limit.
