Closing an EFTPOS facility

To request closure of your EFTPOS facility:

  • Call our Merchant Helpdesk on 1300 369 852 (Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (AEST/AEDT)); or
  • Contact your Relationship Manager.

What will you need?

Your Terminal Serial Number/s on hand (Found on the Back of your Terminal). 

Closing an eCommerce facility

To request a closure of your eCommerce facility:

  • Call our Merchant Helpdesk on 1300 369 852 (Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday, 7:00am to 7:00pm (AEST/AEDT)); or
  • Contact your Relationship Manager.

What will you need ?

Your Merchant ID on hand (Found on any copy of your NAB Merchant Statement/s).

Important information

Fees may continue until closure is confirmed by the Merchant Helpdesk or your Relationship Manager.

The closure is subject to compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Merchant Agreement.

The Merchant Helpdesk or your Relationship Manager will confirm your identity, Merchant ID and Terminal ID/Serial Number before proceeding with the process related to the closure of the relevant facilities.
