What are the fees and charges to make a payment?
There is no subscription fee for using NAB Portal Pay.
Does my payment include GST?
Your payee should have notified you of how much you need to pay and whether this amount is inclusive of GST. They may have notified you via email or phone, or it may be on a recent invoice you’ve received. If you’ve misplaced this information, contact your payee for help – NAB doesn’t hold these records.
Please note NAB does not add GST to any of the payment amounts. NAB only helps facilitate the payment. As such, your payment summary will not specify if the payment is inclusive of GST and, if so, the GST amount.
