Follow these simple instructions to place or lift a temporary card block without needing to speak to a banker.
iOS

Step 1
Log into the NAB app on your device.

Tap Cards in the bottom menu.

Step 3
Tap the card you want to block.

Beside Block card, tap the toggle switch to temporarily block your card.

Read the message that pops up, then tap Confirm.

Step 6
The status of your card will change to Blocked.

Complete
Your card has been temporarily blocked.
Simply press the toggle switch again to unblock.
Android

Log into the NAB app on your device.

Tap the menu icon in the top left.

In the list, tap My cards.

Tap the card you want to block.

Beside Block card, tap the toggle switch to temporarily block your card.

Read the message that pops up, then tap Confirm.

The status of your card will change to Blocked.

Complete
Your card has been temporarily blocked.
Simply press the toggle switch again to unblock.
Desktop

Enter your 8 to 10-digit user ID and password. Select Login.

Select Cards from the menu.

Select the card you need to temporarily block.

Select On next to Temporarily block your card.

Read the important information pop-up. Select Confirm to continue.

Your card is now temporarily blocked.

To remove the temporary block, select Off next to Temporarily block your card.

Read the important information pop-up. Select Confirm to continue.

Complete
Your card is successfully unblocked.
