Select a guide for your device and follow the simple steps to change your card’s PIN.

iOS

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Step 2

    Tap Cards in the bottom menu.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap the card you want to change the PIN for.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap Change your PIN.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Enter your new four-digit PIN.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

  • 7

    Step 7

    A verification code will be sent via SMS to your registered number.

  • 8

    Step 8

    Enter the security code, then tap Continue.

  • Complete

    Your PIN has now been changed.

Android

  • 1

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

  • 2

    Step 2

    Tap the menu icon in the top left.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap My cards in the menu list.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap the card you want to change the PIN for.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap Change your PIN.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Enter your new four-digit PIN.

  • 7

    Step 7

    Re-enter your new PIN to confirm.

  • 8

    Step 8

    A verification code will be sent via SMS to your registered number.

    Enter the security code, then tap Continue.

  • Complete

    Your PIN has now been changed.

Desktop

  • 1

    Step 1

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and password. Select Login.

    Step 2

    Select Cards from the top menu.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Select the card you’d like to change the PIN for.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Select Change your PIN.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Enter your new four-digit PIN. Re-enter your new PIN to confirm. Select Continue.

  • 6

    Step 6

    We’ll send an SMS security code to your registered number. Enter the code, and select Change PIN.

  • Complete

    Your PIN has been changed.
