 Select your preferred device for online banking, then follow the instructions to easily replace your card.

Remember, you can place a temporary block on your misplaced card while you search for it before you request a replacement.

iOS

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Step 2

    Tap Cards in the bottom menu.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap the card you want to replace.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap Replace your card.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap Block and replace card to permanently block your card.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Read the message that pops up, then tap Continue.

  • 7

    Step 7

    Check your delivery address, then tap Confirm address. If it’s incorrect, tap Update address.

  • Complete

    Your replacement card will arrive in five to seven business days. Tap Ok to close.

Android

    Step 1

    Log into the NAB app on your device.

    Step 2

    Tap the menu icon in the top left.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Tap Cards.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Tap the card you want to replace.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Tap Replace your card.

    Step 6

    Tap Block and replace card to permanently block your card.

    Step 7

    Read the message that pops up, then tap Continue.

    Check your delivery address, then tap Confirm address. If it’s incorrect, tap Update address.

  • Complete

    Your replacement card will arrive in five to seven business days. Tap Ok to close.

Desktop

    Step 1

    Enter your 8 to 10-digit NAB ID and your password. Select Login.

    Step 2

    Select Cards in the menu.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Select the card you need to permanently block and replace.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Select Block and replace card.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Select Next to continue.

  • 6

    Step 6

    Check your delivery address. If it’s incorrect, select Update your address. If it’s correct, select Confirm.

  • Complete

    Your card has been blocked and a new one is on the way. Select Done.
