To reset your password for online banking you’ll need your NAB ID, and to be registered for SMS Security or telephone banking. All you need to do is follow these step-by-step instructions.

 

iOS

    Step 1

    Tap Login.

    Tap Forgot your password?

  • 3

    Step 3

    Enter your NAB ID. For help finding your NAB ID, tap What’s my NAB ID? Then tap Next.

  • 4

    Step 4

    Enter the security code sent via SMS to your registered phone number.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Enter your new password. Re-enter your new password. Then tap Confirm.

  • Complete

    Your password has been successfully reset.

Android

  • 1

    Step 1

    Tap Login.

    Tap Forgot your password?

    Enter your NAB ID. For help finding your NAB ID, tap What’s my NAB ID? Then tap Next.

    Step 4

    Enter the security code sent via SMS to your registered phone number.

  • 5

    Step 5

    Enter your new password. Re-enter your new password. Then tap Confirm.

  • Complete

    Your password has been successfully reset.

Desktop

  • 1

    Step 1

    Select Forgot your NAB ID or password? on the login screen.

    Step 2

    Select Reset Your password.

  • 3

    Step 3

    Review the information required to reset your password, enter your NAB ID and select Next.

    Step 4

    Enter the security code we sent via SMS, your telephone banking password, or a temporary password provided by a banker. 

  • 5

    Step 5

    Enter a new password in the Create password field, and again in Re-enter password field. Select Submit.

  • Complete

    Your password has been reset. To access internet banking, select To Account Summary.
