How to manage your digital wallet

View and manage your digital wallets linked to your debit or credit card on Google Pay on your Android device, Apple Pay on your iOS device or Samsung Pay on your Android device quickly and easily so you can have better control over your digital tokens. This online banking guide shows you how.

Steps to activate your pending digital wallet

iOS

Instructions for iOS devices

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.
  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Choose the card for which you want to view or manage your digital wallets.
  4. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  5. Screen will display your pending linked digital wallet tokens.
  6. Select the associated pending digital wallet you want to activate.
  7. Tap Activate this wallet.
  8. Review your details, then tap Activate wallet.
  9. Enter security code to validate your identity and tap Verify. If you’re not asked to verify, skip to step 10.
  10. A confirmation message will display.
  11. Your digital wallet token is active and ready to use.

Android

Instructions for Android devices

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Cards.
  4. Choose the card for which you want to view or manage your digital wallets.
  5. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  6. Screen will display your pending linked digital wallet tokens.
  7. Select the associated pending digital wallet you want to activate.
  8. Tap Activate this wallet.
  9. Review your details, then tap Activate wallet.
  10. Enter security code to validate your identity and tap Verify. If you’re not asked to verify, skip to step 11.
  11. A confirmation message will display.
  12. Your digital wallet token is active and ready to use.

Steps to block your digital wallet

iOS

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.
  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Choose the card for which you want to view or manage your digital wallets.
  4. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  5. Screen will display your linked digital wallet tokens.
  6. Select the associated digital wallet you want to block.
  7. Tap Block.
  8. Review your details, then tap Block wallet.
  9. A confirmation message will display.
  10. Your digital wallet token is blocked temporarily.

Android

  1. Log into the NAB app on your device.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Tap Cards.
  4. Choose the card for which you want to view or manage your digital wallets.
  5. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  6. Screen will display your linked digital wallet tokens.
  7. Select the associated digital wallet you want to block.
  8. Tap Block.
  9. Review your details, then tap Block wallet.
  10. A confirmation message will display.
  11. Your digital wallet token is blocked temporarily.

Steps to unblock your digital wallet

  2. Tap Cards.
  3. Choose the card for which you want to view or manage your digital wallets.
  4. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  5. Screen will display your linked digital wallet tokens.
  6. Select the associated digital wallet you want to unblock.
  7. Tap Unblock.
  8. Review your details, then tap Unblock wallet.
  9. A confirmation message will display.
  10. Your digital wallet token is Unblocked and active to use.

  3. Tap Cards.

  11. Your digital wallet token is Unblocked and active to use.

  5. Tap Manage your digital wallet.
  6. Screen will display your linked digital wallet tokens.

  8. Tap Remove.
  9. Review your details, then tap Remove wallet.
  10. A confirmation message will display.
  11. Your digital wallet token is removed permanently from the wallet
