NAB has been recognised with three awards at The Digital Banker's Global Transaction Banking Innovation Awards.

The awards reinforce NAB's position as a leader in payments and transaction banking innovation, with solutions designed around evolving customer needs and delivered through modern, scalable technology. As businesses continue to seek greater efficiency, transparency and control, NAB remains focused on solving real customer challenges and creating meaningful outcomes.

NAB received:

  • Best Real-Time Payments Innovation in Transaction Banking  (global)

  • Outstanding Use of Technology in Payments and Collection  (Australia)

  • Outstanding Use of Technology in Cash and Liquidity Management (global)

These awards recognise capabilities including Pay by Bank and NAB Liquidity. Pay by Bank uses Australia's PayTo service to enable secure real-time account-to-account payments, while NAB Liquidity Management helps customers manage cash and liquidity across multiple banking relationships.

NAB Executive Payments & Digital Assets Jonathan Adams  said the recognition reflected the work of many teams across the bank.

"These awards recognise the enormous effort that has gone into developing NAB’s capabilities such as Pay by Bank and NAB Liquidity+ to help our customers manage payments and cash flow more effectively,” Mr Adams said.

"From enabling account-to-account payments through PayTo for customers, to helping businesses move beyond fragmented cash reporting with NAB Liquidity+, these capabilities are making complex processes simpler and more effective for our customers."

"This reflects the contribution of many people across NAB.  It's great to see their hard work and commitment to delivering better experiences for our customers recognised on a global stage."
