Eligibility criteria

  1. You're 18 years or older.

  2. You're an Australian resident for tax purposes.

  3. You have an Australian mobile number.

  4. If you're new to NAB, you'll need to meet the eligibility criteria listed above, as well as provide one form of ID: 

    • Passport (Australian or foreign)
    • Australian driver's licence
    • Birth certificate
    • Medicare card (you'll need a second ID with this)

Other things to consider

Open an optional NAB iSaver or NAB Reward Saver within your NAB Platinum Visa Debit card application.

If you don’t have an existing NAB transaction account, we’ll require you to open a NAB Classic Banking account as part of your NAB Platinum Visa Debit card application.
