Who is eligible to redeem this benefit?

To be eligible to redeem the complimentary global eSIM plan, you must:

  • be the primary cardholder of a NAB Rewards Travel Credit Card, and;
  • have an eSIM-compatible mobile device
  • not hold or have an active Travelgoogoo365 Annual Membership

How to redeem your complimentary Global eSIM Plan

Follow these steps to redeem and activate your complimentary Global eSIM Plan:

  1. Log in to the NAB App or Internet Banking

  2. Select Cards

  3. Select NAB Rewards Travel Card

  4. Select Features and Benefits (Nab App) / Card Benefits (Internet Banking)

  5. Select Redeem your complimentary global eSIM plan

  6. Follow the steps on Travelgoogoo’s website and enter your NAB Rewards Travel card details to verify eligibility

  7. Complete the sign-up process by creating a Travelgoogoo account (or sign in if you already have a Travelgoogoo account)

  8. Check out using your NAB Rewards Travel card, and your complimentary global eSIM plan will be automatically applied at checkout

  9. Follow the eSIM and installation instructions sent to your email

  • To find out if your device is eSIM compatible, you can check Travelgoogoo’s device compatibility list.

  • You can redeem your complimentary global eSIM plan via the NAB app or Internet Banking.

    Follow the instructions above, under ‘How to redeem your complimentary global eSIM plan’ to redeem and activate your eSIM and data plan.

  • Your complimentary global eSIM plan can be used in across more than 120 countries globally across Europe, Asia, Middle East, America, Africa and Oceania.

    To find out if a specific country you are visiting is included, please visit Travelgoogoo’s website.

  • When you’ve used up your complimentary high-speed data plan, you’ll still have access to unlimited messaging on supported messaging applications for essential connectivity for 365 days from the date you activated your eSIM.

    This means you can still text, make calls and share photos for the rest of your complimentary annual period so you can still stay connected. 

    If you need to top up your high-speed data plan for faster roaming, simply purchase the additional data that you need.

  • Travelgoogoo supports unlimited messaging on the following messaging supported applications, including:

    • WhatsApp
    • iMessage
    • WeChat
    • LINE
    • Telegram
    • Viber
    • Zalo

  • No, when you use up your complimentary high-speed data allowance, you will not be charged any extra fees or charges.

    You’ll still have access to unlimited messaging on supported messaging applications until expiry of your eSIM, enabling you to text, make calls or share photos.

    If you require high-speed roaming, you can simply top-up your data plan by puchasing the required data you need.

  • Travelgoogoo's eSIM is a data-only service and does not affect incoming calls or SMS sent to your existing mobile number. Make sure you follow Travelgoogoo's installation guide to ensure your Travelgoogoo eSIM is activated and switched on while travelling.

    To help avoid unexpected roaming charges from your home mobile provider, you may choose to turn off data roaming on your primary SIM (home carrier line) or disable your primary SIM while travelling. Calls, SMS and other services associated with your primary SIM remain subject to your home mobile provider's terms, conditions and applicable charges.

  • You can purchase additional high-speed data plan direct from Travelgoogoo either via the WhatsApp Customer Support or via the Travelgoogoo website.

    Via WhatsApp Customer Support

    Start a new chat in WhatsApp with the Travelgoogoo Customer Support number (+65-80890082) and follow the instructions below:

    1. Type “Boost” “Country” “XX Days”
      Specify the country and number of days you require the high-speed data plan for – e.g. Boost Japan 15 Days
    2. Click on the link provided in the chat, the link will open a website in your mobile phone browser where you can directly purchase your additional high-speed plan for the country and duration you requested
    3. Log in to your account and follow the instructions to purchase your additional high-speed data plan

    Via internet browser (mobile or desktop)

    Visit the Travelgoogoo website www.travelgoogoo.com, log in to your account and follow the instructions below:

    1. Type your desired country in the “Search your destination” field and select the country
    2. Choose your desired data plan for the country selected
    3. Click “Buy Now”
    4. Follow the steps on the checkout page purchase your additional high-speed data plan

  • Once you have successfully created a Travelgoogoo account, you can use the Travelgoogoo WhatsApp Customer Support for quick support with managing your account.

    To see help options available:

    • Type “Help”
    •  You will see links to: “Check Usage”, Buy “4G/5G Data Boost” and “Get Support”

    Check your high-speed data usage

    • Type “Usage”
    • Your current high-speed data plan will be shown along with how much you have used, as well as the expiry date of that plan
    • All other high-speed data plans you have purchased and not yet utilised, or purchased and used partially, will also be displayed.
